At Anchor Window Cleaning, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our work and strive to ensure every client is happy with the results. If you're not satisfied, we're here to make it right.

Service Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied with your window cleaning service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will gladly return to re-clean the areas of concern at no additional cost.

Refunds

While we do not typically offer refunds once a service has been completed, we will evaluate each concern on a case-by-case basis. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction with a follow-up visit, a partial or full refund may be considered.

Weather Delays

In the event of poor weather (rain, snow, high winds), we may need to reschedule your service for safety and quality reasons. We will contact you as soon as possible to set a new date that works for you.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that things come up! Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $25 fee.
