Before & During Service

Q: Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

A: For exterior-only jobs, you don’t need to be home — just make sure we have access to the necessary areas. For interior cleaning, we do ask that someone be present.

 

Q: What should I do to prepare for my window cleaning?
A: We appreciate it if you can move any furniture or fragile items away from the windows. Don’t worry — we’ll handle the rest with care.

 

Q: What if it rains on the day of my appointment?
A: Light rain doesn’t usually affect the quality of our cleaning. If the weather is too severe, we’ll reach out to reschedule at your convenience.
